Question:108 Mr. Leyden asked the Minister for Justice the reason for the delay in the registration of a folio number for a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon.
Written Answers. - Folio Number Registration.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the documents in this case were originally lodged on 7 December 1989 and returned to the applicant's solicitors on 17 January 1990, as they were not in order for registration. The documents were again lodged on 22 September 1992 and were allocated a Dealing Number. However, as they are not in order for registration the documents have been returned to the solicitors on 12 October 1992 for their attention.
