Vol. 423 No. 6

Visit by American Congressman.

Before proceeding to other business I am sure the Members of this House would wish very much to extend the most cordial welcome to a United States Congressman, who is a household name in this country——

I hope he is not looking for a visa here.

I am referring of course to United States Congressman, Brian Donnelly, whom many of us hold to be a very dear and valued friend of Ireland.

We appreciate the work he has done.

I extend to him a cordial welcome, good wishes for a happy and fruitful time in Ireland and a most hearty céad míle, fáilte, a hundred thousand welcomes.

He is welcome to a visa to stay here.
