Question:203 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in the registration of land purchased from the Irish Land Commission by a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.

The land in question was vested on 27 March 1992.
When the printed version of the Vesting Order is returned by the printers it will be served on all interested parties. If no objections are received within one month of the Order being served the documents necessary for registration will be forwarded to the Land Registry.
