Question:224 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Social Welfare when approval will issue for a grant to persons (details supplied) in County Mayo under the scheme for grants to locally based women's groups, 1992.

An application under the scheme of grants for locally-based women's groups has been received from the group concerned.
The application is at present being processed and it is expected that a decision will be made shortly. As soon as it is, the group concerned will be notified.
