Question:143 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if an application is currently being considered by the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal from a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

The Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal previously considered an application for milk quota from the person concerned, but a quota allocation was not recommended. A further application has now been received from that person on behalf of her son and it is expected that the tribunal will consider this at a forthcoming meeting.
