109 Mr. Leyden asked the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications if she will issue a licence to a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon under the European Communities (Merchandise Road Transport) Regulations, 1991 and 1992, and in accordance with the new policy in relation to the qualifications of a spouse in full-time employment as manager.
The Deputy will be pleased to learn that National Road Freight Carrier's Licence No. 3676/92 was granted on 27 October 1992 to the person in question.
