Question:150 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for the Environment those who were consulted by the interested organisations and persons at the Consultation Seminar on Waste held in July, 1992.

This seminar was attended by representatives of some 60 interested organisations, including local authorities, professional and industrial interests as well as retailers, waste contractors, recycling enterprises, environmental organisations, employers, trade unions, semi-State bodies and universities.
