162 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for the Environment the number of local authority houses built in the local authority areas covered by South Tipperary County Council, Clonmel Corporation, Carrick-on-Suir UDC, Cashel UDC and Tipperary UDC in each of the years 1985 to 1992 inclusive; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I refer to the replies to Question No. 218 of 19 April 1988 for the years 1985-1987, Question No. 221 of 12 April 1989 for the year 1988 and Questions Nos. 1et seq. of 5 February 1992, for the years 1989 and 1990. The numbers of houses provided in 1991 were:

Tipperary (S.R.) County Council	31
Clonmel Corporation	Nil
Carrick-on-Suir UDC	9
Cashel UDC	Nil
Tipperary UDC	5

Final returns for 1992 will not be available until early in 1993.
