28 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications the number of staff employed in her constituency office and the constituency office of her Minister of State; the salary scales of those so employed; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
The information sought by the Deputy in relation to staffing levels and salary scales in the constituency offices is set out in a tabular statement which, with your permission, a Cheann Chomhairle, I propose to circulate in the Official Report.
I should explain that the Minister of State does not have a separate constituency office and the attached information relates to staff working on constituency matters in the Minister of State's Office.
