Question:256 Mr. V. Brady asked the Minister for Labour the total cost of the new National Training Centre for CERT at Amiens Street, Dublin 1.

The total cost of CERT's new integrated headquarters and training centre at Amiens Street, Dublin, including site acquisition and development will be £5.4 million approximately when all work is completed.
The cost will be funded out of the proceeds of the sale of CERT properties at Roebuck Road and Ailesbury Road, Dublin, the European Regional Development Fund and the Exchequer.
