Question:114 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Justice the plans, if any, he has to extend the small claims court to County Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am at present carrying out a major review of all aspects of the existing pilot small claims procedure. As part of that review consideration will be given to extending the present system to other areas.
