171 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in the completion of the division of a commonage in West Cork (details supplied) and if he will ensure that the necessary documentation is completed immediately.
Pending the resolution of certain difficulties in relation to title and mapping the legal formalities for the division of this commonage cannot be completed. Every effort is being made to resolve these difficulties with a view to having the lands vested and registered in the Land Registry.
