81 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for Education whether experienced teachers can be appointed as full-time permanent lecturers in regional technical colleges or colleges of technology if they do not hold the academic qualifications and in Memo V7.

The requirements for appointment as full-time permanent lecturers in regional technical colleges consist of essential minimum academic qualifications combined with appropriate experience.
