Standing Order 122: Motion.

I move:

That, in respect of any Bill of the present session initiated by a member of the Government having as its main object the imposition of a charge upon the people, the motion approving of the charge may, notwithstanding Standing Order 122 of the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann relative to Public Business, be taken at any time prior to the Committee Stage of the Bill.
