I wish to announce for the information of the House that yesterday I terminated the assignment of the Department of Justice and Industry and Commerce to Deputy Pádraig Flynn. I assigned the Department of Industry and Commerce to Deputy Bertie Ahern, Minister for Finance and the Department of Justice to Deputy Máire Geoghegan-Quinn, Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications.
