Question:

302 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for the Marine if he will make a statement on the plans by the Cork Harbour Commissioners seeking £23 million to further develop the harbour activities in Ringaskiddy and Tivoli, County Cork.

Five projects at a total cost of £23 million have been submitted by Cork Harbour Commissioners to the Department for consideration for EC Cohesion Fund Aid. The projects submitted are being evaluated at present. The Department's evaluation of the projects will be completed at the earliest possible date.
