This person's application for grants under the 1992 cattle and equines headage scheme is being processed at present and if found in order payment will be made shortly. He has been deemed ineligible for grants under the 1992 suckler cow scheme as my Department is not satisfied that four cows on which he applied for premium were in his ownership and possession when he signed his application on 26 June 1992. These four cows were tested in the herd of another person on 8 September 1992.
