Vol. 425 No. 7

Written Answers. - Grant Payments.

P. J. Sheehan

Question:

373 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive payment of his reclamation grant.

Enda Kenny

Question:

374 Mr. E. Kenny asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if payments will be made in respect of 38 ewes to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.

Payments under the sheep headage scheme are made on the basis of information supplied by a flock owner on his application form. The person in question failed to declare any mountain breeding ewes, mountain hogget ewes or indeed any mountain grazing on his application form. Therefore no payment can be made in respect of 38 ewes under the 1992 sheep headage scheme.
