Vol. 425 No. 7

Written Answers. - Proposed County Meath School.

John Bruton

Question:

502 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Education the present position in regard to the provision of a second level school in Dunboyne, County Meath, in the light of a reply by her predecessor to a parliamentary question by Deputy Mr. J. Bruton of 25 February, 1992; and when work will commence on the school in Dunboyne.

My Department is at present examining the suitability of a particular site for the proposed post-primary school in Dunboyne, County Meath. A valuation report is also awaited. It is not possible, at this early stage of planning, to give an indication of the likely timescale involved in this proposed project.
