Question:578 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Education if she will grant approval for the appointment of a home liaison teacher to the Christian Brothers Primary and Secondary School, Mount Sion, Waterford in view of the difficulties being experienced as a result of absenteeism and in view of the numbers of disadvantaged pupils attending the school, a large section of whom come from areas that have been identified as disadvantaged; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
