101 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for the Marine if he will ensure the immediate transfer of property known as Erin Lodge at Enniscrone, County Sligo, to Sligo County Council so that work can proceed with the proposed heritage centre there for Enniscrone Community Council.

It is Government policy to dispose of surplus State property by sale on open market either by public auction or tender.

This policy applies to the disposal of property to local authorities.
