Question:31 Mr. Connor asked the Minister for Justice if her attention has been drawn to the delays in the settlement of certain cases in the Bankruptcy Court and especially the case of a person (details supplied) where claims for about two-and-a-half million pounds have been in the court for the last ten years without sign of any resolution; and if she proposes legislative changes to eliminate delays in bankruptcy settlements.
