Question:70 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice if she will issue a land certificate to a person (details supplied) in County Sligo.
Written Answers. - Land Certificate.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that no application for issue of a Land Certificate in respect of the Folio in question has been lodged in the Land Registry.
However, I am further informed that an application in respect of Voluntary Transfer of part of the property referred to in this Folio to the person referred to by the Deputy was lodged in the Land Registry in October 1992.
A Land Certificate cannot be issued until this transfer is completed.
