That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Criminal Law in relation to public order, and to prohibit violent and disruputive behaviour in public places, to prevent racketeering, and to provide for local measures to regulate public places, and to extend the powers of an Garda Síochána in relation to maintaining public order and for other connected matters.
