Question:92 Mr. McGahon asked the Minister for Justice the number of persons who were charged with criminal offences while on bail in each of the years 1990, 1991 and 1992.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 89 and 92 together.
The figures which are readily available relate to the number of offences for which persons on bail were charged for the years 1990 and 1991. These figures are set out in the following tabular statement. Figures for 1992 are not yet available.
