Vol. 429 No. 1

Written Answers. - Housing Finance Agency Scheme.

Martin Cullen

Question:

48 Mr. Cullen asked the Minister for the Environment if he will re-examine the HFA scheme limit of £25,000 with particular reference to areas such as Dún Laoghaire Borough where people are unable to avail of the scheme because of the high cost of housing; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The maximum loan limits for local authority house purchase loans are being reviewed at present.
