Vol. 429 No. 8

Written Answers. - Establishment of Folk Museum.

John Bruton

Question:

38 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht if any cost penalties will arise as a result of the possible delay in the establishment of a folk museum on the Custom House Docks site, Dublin 1 in view of his announcement that he intends to enter into discussions with the National Museum, the Office of Public Works and the Custom House regarding suitability of this site for a folk museum before adopting a final position on the matter.

I do not envisage any circumstances in which such penalties could arise.
