52 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment if revised cost plan details for the proposed new fire station at Newbridge Road, Naas, County Kildare, have been forwarded to his Department by Kildare County Council; if this revision will enable him to give favourable consideration to the proposal in the near future; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 256 of 23 March, 1993. I would add that Kildare County Council has been asked to furnish additional information to enable the matter to be fully considered. The receipt of this information is awaited.
