Question:85 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Education if she will have a final response sent to Deputy Haughey in relation to certain correspondence (details supplied) sent to her Minister for State by Deputy Haughey.

Written representations were received from Deputy Haughey and these were acknowledged in the normal manner. Subsequently, in the course of oral representations on the same subject, the position regarding the subject matter of the representations was explained fully to the Deputy.
On the understanding that this satisfied the Deputy's inquiry, no written reply issued at that time. I understand that a full reply has now issued to Deputy Haughey.
