Finance Bill, 1993: Financial Resolution.

Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs (Mr. Spring)

I move:

That provision be made in that Act giving effect to this Resolution for the treatment of certain distributions as distributions made out of income from the sale of goods, in the manner and to the extent specified in that Act.
