I move:
That provision be made in the Act giving effect to this Resolution to amend section 16 of the Finance Act, 1984, so that the production of a film (within the meaning of section 35 of the Finance Act, 1987) shall not, as respects a subscription for eligible shares made on or after the 6th day of May, 1993, be regarded as qualifying trading operations for the purposes of Chapter III of Part I of the Finance Act, 1984."
