Vol. 432 No. 6

Written Answers. - Land Registry Transaction.

John O'Leary

Question:

152 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason for the delay, since 1988, regarding the Land Commission's failure to reply to queries raised on folios (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter as to when the replies will be sent to the Land Registry in view of the urgency of finalising these transactions.

Due to the complexity of this case it has not yet been possible to reply to the queries raised by the Land Registry. My Department is making every effort to resolve the difficulties and I will communicate further with the Deputy within a few weeks.
