165 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will allocate a milk quota to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick in view of the fact that he was in milk production for 30 years up to 1982 but had to go out of milk production due to various factors; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The producer referred to has not applied for a milk quota. Special forms are available for applications, on grounds of hardship, to the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal. I have arranged for a form to be issued in this case.
