Question:169 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if a beef premium has been approved for a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and, if so, when payment will be issued.
The application of the person named for June 1992 special beef premium scheme was rejected when subjected to a computer validation check as the batch number on which the application was submitted for payment was duplicated.
The application is now being processed further for payment and if found in order payment will be made within the next few weeks.
She did not apply in the November-December application period for this scheme.

The person named was paid his grants under the 1992 suckler cow premium scheme in mid June 1993.
