Question:114 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment if there are any regulations governing pyramid or network forms of retail sales.

Pyramid selling, sometimes described as multi-level marketing, is governed by the Pyramid Selling Act, 1980. The Act is concerned with the outlawing of certain practices associated with pyramid or network selling schemes.
