Question:251 Mr. E. Kenny asked the Minister for Health if he will make a statement on national lottery grants paid out in 1992.
Written Answers. - National Lottery Funding.
The total amount paid out in 1992 in respect of national lottery funds for the health services was £39.806 million. The Deputy will see from the schedule of 1992 payments I supplied in response to a question from Deputy Charles Flanagan on Tuesday, 1 June 1993 that a wide range of projects and services was covered. I am sure the Deputy will agree that national lottery proceeds provided a very valuable and substantial contribution to the health services in 1992.
