44 Ms F. Fitzgerald asked the Minister for Defence the number of female civil servants in his Department who have brought claims to the Employment Equality Agency regarding the conditions of their employment; and if he will give the result of each case.
Three female civil servants in the Department of Defence have brought claims against the Department to the Employment Equality Agency. In two of the cases an Equality Officer found against the Department. In the third case, the Department has only recently received preliminary notice of the claim.
