Question:128 Mrs. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Health if the Southern Health Board is proceeding to dispose of the land at Gortroe, Killarney, County Kerry at an early date.
Written Answers. - Gortroe (Kerry) Land Sale.
It is the intention of the Southern Health Bord to proceed with the sale of approximately 88 acres of land at Gortroe, Killarney, as soon as suitable outline planning permission has been granted for the development of the land.
Estate agents have been appointed and an outline planning application has been submitted to Kerry County Council. The application is currently the subject of discussions between the Planning Authority and the Health Board.
