Vol. 434 No. 2

Written Answers. - North Cork Routes.

Paul Bradford

Question:

247 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for the Environment if, in view of the economic importance to the entire North Cork area of the N72 and N73 routes, he will ensure that adequate financing is made available to Cork County Council to bring about a significant and urgently needed upgrading of these routes.

The needs of these routes will be borne in mind in the determination of future road grant allocations for national secondary routes having regard to the overall level of funds available and the competing demands of other routes.
