Vol. 434 No. 5

Written Answers. - Irish Students Studying in the UK.

Michael Creed

Question:

92 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Education the assistance, if any, that is available to Irish students pursuing third level courses at United Kingdom educational establishments from either the Irish Government or the British Government.

I refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 90 of 26 May 1993 on the same issue.

I would add that I am keeping the position of Irish students who secure places in British universities under review in the context of the ongoing review of the student support system.
