133 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for the Environment if he will approve the plans for the provision on a new fire station in Ardmore, County Waterford submitted by Waterford County Council in view of the poor condition of the existing premises.

Waterford County Council's request for approval in principle for a new fire station at Ardmore is being examined in my Department. I will be communicating with the Council in the matter as soon as possible.
