Question:149 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Justice if she will recruit additional staff to the Waterford District Court office in view of the fact that this office is understaffed at present.

An additional head of staff has recently been assigned to the Waterford District Court office and I am satisfied that the present staffing of the office is adequate to deal with the workload.
