Vol. 435 No. 3

Written Answers. - Kilbarrack (Dublin) Primary School.

Thomas P. Broughan

Question:

128 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Education if St. Mary's national school, Kilbarrack, Dublin 13, will still be in use as a primary school from September 1994, or if the whole building will then be available for community development.

The future use of the school building in question should it no longer be required for educational purposes will be a matter to be decided by the school authorities subject to the usual legal procedures regarding the release of the legal interest of the Minister for Education.
