Vol. 437 No. 2

Written Answers. - Farm Plan Approval.

Jim O'Keeffe

Question:

134 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry whether, in view of the fact that all relevant information has been furnished in respect of an application for approval for a modified farm plan by persons (details supplied) in County Cork, a decision will be made and the appropriate approval issued immediately.

I understand that Teagasc is now forwarding the relevant documentation regarding the modification of the farm plan to the local office of my Department. This will allow the application to be processed and I expect that a decision will be conveyed to the applicant shortly.
