194 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Education if she will increase the grant already on offer to the Stella Maris Secondary School, Ballycastle, County Mayo in respect of the purchase of equipment and furniture at the new extension to the school.
An additional grant of £20,000 has been approved towards the cost of furniture and equipment for the replacement building at Ballycastle. This brings the total grant for the project to £145,000. This is the maximum that can be made available for the project and I am not in a position to increase the grant any further.
