I move:
That, for the purpose of any Act of the present session to provide for levy on employers, to be known as apprenticeship levy, in sectors of industry to be designated by the Minister for Enterprise and Employment to fund a new apprenticeship scheme to be run by An Foras Áiseanna Saothair, it is expedient to make provision for a charge upon the people, in the event of any suspension of levy, by the disposal for the benefit of the Exchequer in such manner as the Minister for Finance shall direct of any proceeds of levy not used.
