No such application has been received in my Department.
95 Mr. Byrne asked the Minister for the Environment the date of an application for an extension to the graveyard at Poulpeasty, County Wexford; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
An application to provide a new graveyard at this location was received in my Department on 9 September 1993. The reply to Question No. 63 of 8 December 1993 sets out the position on the matter.
