Question:113 Mr. D. McDowell asked the Minister for Health when back payments of disabled person's maintenance allowance due to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 5 will be paid.

Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, Eastern Helath Board, with a request that he examine the matter and reply direct to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
