I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the financial motions shall be moved and grouped for the purposes of debate as follows and the proceedings thereon and any amendments thereto shall be brought to a conclusion by one question in each case not later than the times indicated as follows: Resolutions 1 to 5, inclusive, at 10.45 p.m. and Resolutions 6 to 7 at 11.45 p.m.
