263 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Justice if officials in her Department are in consultation with members of the drinks industry, or are members of a policy committee for reform of the laws and practices in the sale of alcohol.
My Department was represented on a working group, chaired by the Department of Health, set up by the Advisory Council on Health Promotion for the purpose of preparing a national alcohol policy.
Officials of my Department consult with drinks industry organisations from time to time as occasion requires.
